Special General Meeting
An SGM was held immediately following the AGM (above).
The sole purpose of this meeting was to consider and approve the draft constitution as required to be compliant with the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
The newly constitution can be found here . This will be filed with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies. and will become effective when it is registered.
